Description:

Do you wish to have bright green, blue or red hair? Then La Riche bright semi permanent hair dyes that last from 2 to 4 weeks, are the perfect way to go! DIRECTIONS - bright and pigmented hair cream, that doesn't require peroxide. Can be used to dye seperate strands or change your whole appearance. All of the colors are intermixable, which means that the opportunities to create new and exciting shades are endless!

How to use:

1. Make sure to wash your hair with a pH balanced Pre Colour Shampoo prior to colouring your hair to leave it in the best condition to take on your colour of choice.

However, avoid using conditioner the day before – conditioner eliminates natural oils that help the colour bind to your hair more easily.

2. Wear a set of old clothes to be safe, and then cover yourself with a hairdresser’s cape, towel or bathrobe. Lay down some old towels, newspaper or similar on the floor as well to catch any spillages. Put on a set of disposable gloves to make sure the colour can’t stain your fingers.

3. Separate your hair out into at least four sections using hair clips or bands. This exposes all your hair to the colour, giving you complete coverage. Use a tint brush to comb the colour into the various sections of hair, applying it to ¼ – ½ inch at a time for total coverage.
Start at the roots, as this is where your hair will grow back from and the area that needs the most processing time. From there use your brush to spread the colour across your hair, making sure that no solitary strand is missed.
Use your brush rather than straight from the tub to ensure an even coverage.

Directions hair colour usually takes between 15 and 30 minutes.

4. Rinse thorougly with Colour Protecting Shampoo that is specifically made to be used after dyeing. Rinse with warm water until there is no dye residue left. It’s important to rinse away from your face and body, because it can stain your skin.

5. Then use Colour Protecting Conditioner, that is specifically made to maximise color intensity. The hair will also be left soft and shiny. After applying, leave on for a few minutes and rinse with warm water.

6. Style hair as usual.

Tips:

  • Preferably use La Riche Directions on bleached hair.
  • All La Riche Directions can be mixed together for even more color!
  • La Riche Directions is absorbed faster in chemically treated, permed or bleached hair.
  • When colors are mixed, it is important that these colors are rinsed independently of each other to prevent color bleeding.
  • After rinsing the color, it is possible that the hair gives off color on a towel or pillowcase. So keep this in mind!

 Important:

Make sure to wear latex gloves to avoid staining.

Apply vaseline or petroleum jelly on your hair line to avoid staining.

You can easily remove residue with Salerm "Dermo clean" tissue.

Don't mix with peroxide.

Don't use shampoo with conditioner included.

Make sure to protect your eyes.

If you wear contacts, it's recommended to remove them prior.

Hair dye can stain surfaces and fabrics.

Directions is cruelty free.
