Return and exchange of goods.

6.1. Goods of unsuitable quality are returned and exchanged in accordance with the 2001 June 29 Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 217 of the new version of "On approval of the rules for returning and exchanging items" (approved on March 15, 2012 No. 4-243) (http://www3.lrs.lt/pls/inter3/dokpaieska.showdoc_l?p_id=420479&p_query= &p_tr2=2) and Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 258 "On the approval of the rules for the sale of goods and the provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication", new version (approved on December 23, 2011 No. 4-959) (http://www3.lrs.lt/pls/ inter3/dokpaieska.showdoc_l?p_id=415995&p_query=&p_tr2=2) in the prescribed order.

6.2. In order to return the product(s) based on the Rules 6.1. point, the Buyer must inform the Seller by e-mail by means of communication specified in the store's contact section, indicating the name of the returned product, the order number and the reasons for the return.

6.3. When returning goods of inappropriate quality to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

6.3.1. the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;

6.3.2. the product must be undamaged by the Buyer;

6.3.3. the item must be unused, without losing its merchandise appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective item);

6.3.4. the returned product must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;

6.3.5. when returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.

6.3.6. the buyer can return a defective product within 14 days of receiving it.

6.4. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with 6.3. the procedures for returning goods are established in the article.

6.5. When returning the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar, suitable products.

6.6. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid will be returned to the Buyer, excluding the cost of delivery, in the event that urgent delivery is ordered.

6.7. If a delivery discount was applied to the Buyer or the Buyer did not pay for the delivery of the goods - then the actual delivery costs incurred by the Seller are deducted from the refunded amount, but not less than EUR 2.00 per parcel.

6.8. The high-quality cosmetic product purchased by the Buyer is not changed at the Buyer's request and the demand to return the money paid for it is not satisfied in accordance with the 2001 June 29 Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 217 of the new version of "On approval of the rules for returning and exchanging items" (approved on March 15, 2012 No. 4-243) (http://www3.lrs.lt/pls/inter3/dokpaieska.showdoc_l?p_id=420479&p_query= &p_tr2=2) and Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 258 "On the approval of the rules for the sale of goods and the provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication", new version (approved on December 23, 2011 No. 4-959) (http://www3.lrs.lt/pls/ inter3/dokpaieska.showdoc_l?p_id=415995&p_query=&p_tr2=2) in the prescribed order.
